Who is virginia grace photo

Hi, I am Virginia, a motherhood photographer based in North Carolina. This journey began when a 14 year old borrowed her moms camera to take some photos with her friends. My first test subjects were my other 14 year old friends, and then it turned into seniors, then weddings, and now families. Although the industry does change, I have done it all, but I am always learning and adapting.

My favorite place to go for photography inspiration was Tumblr. I think its still around even today, but now I am inspired by life around me. Being a mom msyelf with two young boys, capturing motherhood has become personal and yet something that is different for every family I meet.

My philosophy is to become a part of your village, not just another vendor. I try to add special touches, whether that is bringing breastfeeding friendly snacks to a newborn session, a book for your toddler who just welcomed a sibling, or even just some advice on how to breastfeed, I hope to be someone who feels safe and relatable.

I even loan you my personal closet if need be (slowly turning into my own client closet). Our bodies change a million times and getting in the photo should not feel stressful or embarrassing and I hope to make you feel beautiful in your new (and ever changing) body.
