If you are wanting fall photos, I normally release my mini sessions in August every year, but have them planned for mid-October range.

These sun-soaked mornings is becoming my favorite time of day to shoot. We were able to take these mid-morning and the sun mixed with the flowers created a beautiful backdrop for this blooming mama!

When Julia and I first met, it was at an event in Charlotte, NC where we ended up chatting for 3 hours. So it's no surprise to me when I found out she was pregnant for the second time, that we ended up capturing her newborn session for her sweet girl at their home in Charlotte.

It has been 99 degrees lately and to beat the heat, we opted for a fun studio family session in Winston-Salem, NC! I love how versatile studios are. You can do any time, any weather, and every angle looks amazing. This family of 4 were constantly on the move. These brothers are full of energy. and we had a blast exploring the space in together. Hanging out in a flower field may just be the perfect way to document this season of motherhood. With plenty of space to play, every corner filled with flowers, and the sunlight hitting- you don't have to worry about anything. We had the time and space to even get some mom + dad only photos. Like, when is the last time you had photos of just you two?!

This sweet family session will encourage you that life really is about the simple things. For our session, we met at a park close to home to document this sweet season with a 1 year old. The sunlight filtering through the trees, the peace mornings can bring, and having the space to ourselves created the perfect atmosphere to take our time and savor the moment.

Close to Bellevue and Kirkland Washington, Bridle Trails provides a beautiful canopy of mossy trees and a forest floor covered with ferns for this family session. The Pacific Northwest vibes were strong as we started off adventuring in the forest. This day was cold and rainy, but that didn't stop this family- bringing to life one of their mottos is "there no such thing as bad weather, just bad gear."
